  • armrests,
  • interior door panels,
  • seats,
  • lights and climate control buttons,
  • A/C buttons,
  • ventilation buttons and openings,
  • touchscreens,
  • window buttons.

  • Our vehicles are sanitized every day after the service with an ozone generator.
  • We have removed all printed and reading materials, amenities and beverages, unless requested.
  • Water is available at customer’s request.
  • A bottle of hand disinfectant is kept in each vehicle and is available on request.
  • Medical face masks are offered to our customers per their request.
  • Our dispatch team will make every effort to allow plenty of time for cleaning pre, post, and between the rides.

How we protect our chauffeurs

  • We are encouraging all our partners and their chauffeurs to adhere to high standards of personal hygiene.
  • This includes using hand sanitizer / washing hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  • As a precautionary measure, our chauffeurs temporarily wear medical face masks and gloves during the ride and have been asked to avoid shaking hands.
  • Before every ride, all our chauffeurs are closely monitored and strongly advised not to report for work and are instructed to seek medical assistance if they notice any symptoms of illness.
  • We strongly advise a safe distance of minimum 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) between our chauffeurs and our customers wherever possible.
  • Our chauffeurs will dispose of the gloves used between each trip to discourage cross-contamination.
  • After each trip, chauffeurs will disinfect the entire passenger cabin with disinfectants.
  • Prior to the first trip of the day and after each ride, chauffeurs disinfect high traffic areas of the vehicle including: door handles, touchscreens, window buttons, climate control buttons, A/V buttons, interior door panels, seats, seat belts and arm rests.
  • Our vehicles are sanitized every day after the service with ozone
